专利摘要:

Ramp ship hull providing direct access from the dock to any of the holds. </ P>
It has in its stern section at least one cage B from the upper deck 2 and directed downwards from said stern section and crossing at least several intermediate bridges 3, 4, served over most of its height by a port and containing a lifting platform 19 which covers almost all of its transverse area. The inner edge 9 of the access ramp C has a sliding and articulated mounting in said port. Winches 12, 13, 17, 18 and 21 make it possible to adjust the level and the inclination of the ramp C and the platform 19. Such a structure makes it possible to load and unload the fuel directly. freight, by rolling, on each of the decks, without any air on the ship of ramps or inner elevators. </ P>

专利说明:

This invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to vessels for rolling cargo. A vessel for transporting rolling cargo is known, including cargo decks, aft with a cutout fitted with a bow bulkhead with through passages on the cargo decks, a ramp with inner and outer tips movably installed in the aft cutout, and winches with cables whose running ends are fixed to the inner and the outer end of the ramp 1. However, such a vessel is characterized by slow loading and unloading. The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the loading and unloading of a ship for the transport of rolling cargo. For this, the vessel is equipped with a lifting platform installed in its aft cutout with the ability to move along the height of the vessel, additional winches with cables for the lifting platform, means of synchronous control of the winches and waterproof door closures installed in the through passages of the bow bulkhead of the aft cutout of the vessel. aft cut is made along the entire height of the vessel from the main cargo to the upper deck, the lifting platform is connected with the running ends of the cables of the additional winches of the lifting platform installed on the upper deck of the vessel. Fig. 1 schematically shows the stern end of the vessel; the cut in Fig. 2 shows the position of the ramp when the main cargo deck is located above the berth level; fig. 3 shows the same position when the main cargo deck of the vessel is below the berth level; figure 4 - the same when receiving cargo from the pier to the second cargo deck of the vessel; in Fig. 5, the same is true when receiving cargo from the berth to the upper deck of the vessel; in Fig. 6 it is the same when the main cargo deck of the vessel is located significantly higher than the berth level; in Fig. 7 it is the same as traveling; on Fig - ramp of the vessel in the plan; Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the movement of cargo flows on a ship during its loading. Vessel 1 for transportation of rolling cargo includes upper deck 2, main cargo deck 3, second cargo deck 4. And aft 5.
In the hull of the vessel 1, a rectangular section is cut from the upper deck 2 to the main cargo deck 3 with the same cross-section in the interdeck space. The cut has longitudinal side bulkheads 6 and a transverse nasal bulkhead 7 with through passages leading to cargo decks fitted with double decks waterproof closures 8.
The ramp 9 with its inner tip is mounted in the aft cutout and is movable in a vertical plane and associated with cables 10 and 11 of the winches 12 and 13 mounted on the upper deck 2 and equipped with synchronous control means (not shown in the drawing).
The ramp 9, with its outer end 14, is connected to cables 15 and 16 of the winches 17 and .18, also mounted on the upper deck 2 and provided with synchronous control devices (not shown).
The cut-out in the hull of the vessel 1 contains a lifting device consisting of a lifting platform 19, which is suspended on four cables 20, the ends of which are fastened to its sides mounted on winches 21 located on the upper deck 2 and provided with means of synchronous control.
To control the winches 12, 13, 17, is and 21, a single post of synchronous control is used (not shown). „
The aft cut-out of the hull of the vessel in its lower part is limited to the bottom 22.,
Arrows 23 (see Fig. 9) show the direction of movement of cargo flows within the cargo decks of the vessel during its loading.
The vessel works as follows.
When mooring a vessel 1 aft 5 to the pier, the following options are possible. The main deck 3 of the ship is at a higher level than the berth. In this case, during the descent of the ramp by means of winches 12, 13, 17 and 18, its outer tip 14 lies on the pier, and the inner tip is supported by cables 10 and 11 at the level of the bottom 22 of the notch a. Lifting platform 19 with the help of supporting cables 20 and winches 21 is installed so that its front edge is at the level of the main cargo deck 3, and the rear - at the aft edge of bottom 22 of the notch a. Thereafter, vehicles with cargo are moved from the berth to the ramp 9 and further along the lifting platform 19 to the main cargo deck 3.
in case the main cargo deck 3 is located below the berth level, the ramp 9 is installed essentially in a horizontal position, and the lifting platform 19 is inclined to the bow, ensuring its docking, respectively, with the front edge of the main cargo deck 3, and the rear edge with the inner tip of the ramp 9.
In the case of cargo transportation from the berth to the second cargo deck 4, the ramp 9 and the lifting platform are installed in the position shown in FIG. 4.
In order to transport cargo from the berth to the upper deck 2, the interface 9 is placed in a horizontal position directly on the pier, and the platform 19 is lowered horizontally; to its level, and after receiving the cargo transporting means onto it, the latter rises to the level of the upper deck 2.
When transporting cargo from the berth to the ship, if the main cargo deck is located much higher than the berth level, the ramp 9 is placed horizontally above the berth and it is used by means of its winches as a lifting device to lift the means of transporting the cargo to the level of the lifting platform 19. Transporting cargo the means are then transferred from the ramp to the lifting platform 19, after which the latter lifts them vertically to the level of any deck of the vessel 1.
To transfer the ramp device to the position of the traveling ramp 9, it is installed vertically, and the lifting platform 19 is raised to the level of the upper deck 2, thus achieving the watertightness of the notch on the stern 5 and upper deck 2 of the vessel.
Vehicles with cargo taken on the appropriate deck of the ship move within the deck in the direction of arrows 23.
When unloading a ship, all operations are performed in reverse order.
